Oak Crest Homes is a joint initiative of The Community Action Agency and the Community Foundation of St. Clair County. With financial support from the James C. Acheson Foundation and the City of Port Huron. Oak Crest Homes is a development of 14 new single-family homes located just blocks from Desmond Landing and the waterfront of the St. Clair River.

Homes feature 3 bedrooms, spacious floor plans, detached two-car garages, ceramic tile kitchen and baths, full kitchen appliances, comfortable front and rear porches, fully landscaped with sprinkler systems, and are just a short distance to downtown Port Huron, restaurants, shops, the new YMCA and Studio 1219. All homes are five star energy compliant.
